The Windfall vineyard is made up of 27 blocks of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. There are 20 acres of Chardonnay, 20 acres of Pinot Noir, and 3 acres of Pinot Meunier. In addition, we have decided to have 2 blocks of Mélange which is made up of all of the Chardonnay clones on property for one block and all of the pinot noir clones for the other block. These are an homage to true burgundy and the way they have been planted for generations. There are two rootstocks that we have found to work best in the Eola-Amity Hills: 3309 and 101-14.
